“Basic-Intermediate” Pitching Mechanics Clinic by Rick Pauly
Rick Pauly, former University of Georgia Bulldogs Pitching Coach/USC Upstate Pitching Coach & member of the 2015 USA National Team Coaching Pool will be leading our High Performance Pitching Clinic. Don’t miss this opportunity to learn from one of the top coaches in the country. Coach Pauly be demonstrating the proper pitching mechanics that beginning and intermediate fastpitch pitchers need to know. He will teach drills to perfect pitching mechanics that will increase your speed and improve location and accuracy. He will demonstrate how to throw a basic drop-ball and change-up. Advanced Movement – 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm

What to Bring:
- Parents/Coaches welcome to stay for entire clinic and are encouraged to video tape parts or all of the clinic.
“Absolutes of Pitching” – Rick will present a power point presentation with Q&A following for parents and coaches to help reinforce the key messages taught at the clinic with those important people that spend the most time with the pitching students. The presentation is free for parents that have children registered at the clinic. Coaches are welcome with a registration fee of $20. Presentation to be held at the Back-Alley Cages on Friday February 18th at 6:00 pm.
